Establishment of a Charitable Trust:
A charitable Trust which shall be known as “SHEHEEN SPORTS SYNDICATE” is hereby established for the objects set out in Clause 6 hereof with its office at Khawaja Bazar, Nowhatta, Srinagar and the activities of the Trust shall be extended throughout State of Jammu & Kashmir.
Trustees:
The Trustees have a minimum of 3 Trustees and a maximum of 6 Trustees. The Trustees hereby reserve the right to fill the remaining places by appointing persons to their choice as Trustees in due course.
Nucleus of the Trust Fund:
The Trust is established with a nucleus (Corpus) contribution of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) by the Trustees by cash in favour of the Trust.
Trustees to hold the Fund in the Trust:
The Trustees hereby Further declares and directs that the Trust Fund and the income thereof shall be held in the Trust for all or any of the Trust purposes or Objects set out below;
Object of the Trust:
The objects of the Trust are:
“As a prelude to give boost to various sports activities particularly among our young buds, and to assist in the progress of youth sports activities aimed at helping youth to come out from the cycle of poverty and to build self-esteem, provide positive role models and promote good individual habits.” Objectives are as follows:

To promote all types of Educational, Cultural and Sports activities that will serve to enrich the lives of the youth.

To run Educational Centers, Libraries, Reading Rooms for the Students.

To provide Financial and Material support to the youth for their education.

To popularize Sports and Cultivate interest for Extra-Curriculum activities.

To explore and exploit young talent for demonstrating excellently in various competitions and events.

To provide opportunities to take part in various sports in order to promote good public health.

To use the good office for providing relevant and adequate sports facilities to deserving buds.

To conduct coaching programs in order to import knowledge and skill development about sports.

To lay thrust upon sportsman Spirit, Discipline, Moral and Social values.

To organize various sports events for boosting talent and create a sense of inspiration among players.

To work with likeminded associations for associations of thrust areas for removing bottlenecks.

To work as a facilitator before association for reaching out to deserving the desirous players.

To work with persons with sports background, intelligentsia and generosity.

To identify areas having inadequate sports infrastructure and seek immediate action before sports council.

To co-ordinate and co-operate with other Agencies/MGO’s working for social causes and issues and to seek material as well as financial assistance from these organizations to carry out the aims and objectives of such programs by involving young people.

To organize the awareness programs for community development, environment in Schools, Colleges and in other educational and work places by involving youth.
OTHER THRUST AREAS:

The other thrust area of the trust work be immediate response to Natural Calamities, Accidents or other mishaps in the form of providing Medical Aid, Relief, etc.,

To work on other issues of Humanitarian Cases.

To carry out Campaigns, Seminar, Debates on sports and its importance.
